cdc ANIMAL CARE FACILITY reservation

This reservation application is intended only for foreign-vaccinated dogs from high-risk rabies countries traveling to Rue's Kennels at LAX.  Submitting an application does not guarantee a reservation.  A non-refundable deposit needs to be made to initiate your application process. Our team will contact you within 5 business day upon receipt the application.  Reservation are only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our facility and remaining balance has been paid.   All dogs are required to travel with a completed CDC Certification of Foreign Rabies Vaccination and Microchip

Price Guide

• ACF Reservation – $1,850 (Multi dog discounts available upon request)
  Required for all CDC-regulated dog imports through our facility.
• Rush Processing - $500 - All requests under 72 hours of import date
• Airway Bill Processing – $450
  Applies to shipments requiring an official Air Waybill.
• Weekend Arrival Fee – $250
  Applies to any flight arrival on Saturday or Sunday.
• Late Flight Pick-Up Fee – $250
  Applies to dogs arriving on flights between 6:00 PM & 6:00 AM)
• Overnight Boarding – $75 per night (first night is included in above cost)
  Comfortable, secure overnight stay when same-day pickup isn’t possible.

Refund Policy

• $500 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• The remaining balance is forfeited if travel plans change within 72 hours of arrival.
• In certain cases, we may apply a credit toward future travel if used within 30 days of the original import date.
