This reservation application is intended only for foreign-vaccinated dogs from high-risk rabies countries traveling to Rue's Kennels at LAX.  Submitting an application does not guarantee a reservation.  A non-refundable deposit needs to be made to initiate your application process. Our team will contact you within 5 business day upon receipt the application.  Reservation are only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our facility and remaining balance has been paid.   All dogs are required to travel with a completed CDC Certification of Foreign Rabies Vaccinationnd Microchip
